Communication interaction protocol

Charger use Websocket protocol to interact with the background. JSON data format, OS3P
protocol encapsulation, Websocket and background connection data are not encrypted.

The system realizes authentication under various scenarios and supports
authentication under various offline authentication scenarios.During the
secondary docking development, attention should be paid to the default
authentication configuration of the charger:
AuthorizationCacheEnabled, LocalAuthorizeOffline and
LocalPreAuthorize。
